I highly recommend the business. Steve was very professional with a friendly, approachable manner. He explained everything fully and visited promptly after my call and worked around my availability to be home, for him to gain access. I no longer have a mouse in my loft. Steve also provided a solution for future proofing against more 'visitors'.

Excellent service from Steve - he was able to attend our house very quickly and it was immediately obvious he was an expert! We had a wasps nest under some decking in the garden and Steve did what he could be after a couple of days the wasps were back. This time I removed some of the decking and Steve kindly returned to do a further treatment now he could access way more of the site. A very professional and friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve.

What a super company. Martin came out first to resolve woodworm treatment in an attic space and just got on with the job - not easy in an old cottage. Then came back on a follow up to put rat prevention under the eves to stop access up the building. On time, fitted us in to work around other contractors. No fuss, job done, fair on the price . Plus there we have a very unpleasant tenant which made things even harder. Thanks. very much great job.
