Appointment arranged for today between 9am -1pm waited in all morning , just rang to confirm they are still coming and the agent said there was a note to say the surveyor had visited at 10.30am and had reported there was no one answering the door and no reply on phone , I haven’t left the house all morning so if someone had tried the bell or knocked they couldn’t have tried very hard and , on checking the phone number on record it was down as a wrong number ( 2 digits round wrong way ) so the surveyor hadn’t called my number... read more

A really nice polite chap turned up at my door, explaining why he was there.an appointment was prearranged that I had forgotten about. He explained what he needed to do and I left him to it.my animal’s adored him especially the German Shepherd.it was love at first sight for the both of them.very professional and courteous
