Excellent service from Rikki. He was instrumental in helping me sell my flat in Maidenhead and kept in touch throughout the process. His suggestion of having a reservation agreement in place for both the buyers and me (the seller) was inspired as it made it more difficult for either party to drop out of the deal. I recommend having a reservation agreement in place for any property purchase or sale. A job very well done by Thame & Country!
Rikki’s approach as an agent is like no other that we have experienced. After two failed attempts at trying to sell our house using the big high street agents, we turned to Rikki.
