I booked the Thames Boat Hire on behalf of our client and the experience and service has been outstanding since the initial enquiry stage, Amanda has been a great help and no request to big, our client thoroughly enjoyed their day with the Thames Boat Hire and we would not hesitate to book them again in the future.
My group had a great time! We booked a little last minute but Emma the Sales Coordinator was always helpful and extremely responsive. The jazz duo was incredible and a well worth it add-on. The views were lovely and I recommend cruising around sunset as you get to see all the lights from the water. Only negatives was that the food wasn't too great and there was only one option for dinner. But, they were accommodating to our dietary restrictions which was great. Overall, highly recommend!
We hired the Thames Voyager for a wedding celebration in June 2024. The booking process was smooth and straightforward with clear and regular communication. Our experience on the night was fantastic and the team were wonderful - they even worked out the timings to surprise us with a view of Tower Bridge lifting. This is a great idea for a Christmas Party. The team are excellent and take care of all of the arrangements for you. This is the second year we have done this and will definitely be doing it again in the future
Really a top class evening, we were only sorry when it ended. The food was amazing, staff fantastic and the attention to detail was first class. We will definitely be back!!
