Booked a massage changed the time as was running late they were happy to accommodate then cut the massage time down without any notification then was rude on the phone after providing feedback they hung up the phone and when we called back they cut the call we have used them before but will never recommend or use them ever again no customer service and terrible attitude not what you want or need when booking something relaxing

This review is for a recent massage with a short girl and so called Massage therapist and a receptionist, who identified herself as being from Thailand and whose name began with N or M. From the outset, the experience felt unprofessional. The massage itself was a complete let down. It wasn't a massage – it was just aimless rubbing with very little pressure.
