Has really gone downhill here, I used to love it but in the last year it does not seem as professional as it was, often interruptions during the massages and noise coming from the back room make it distracting and not very relaxing. I even had a complete staff switch half way through a massage! No explanation. Such a shame I won’t go there again and had been going for years.
