Love both branches
I’m really disappointed with the way I was treated today. I bought a massage voucher here for my partner’s birthday, and he tried to use it just a few days after it expired. We completely understand policies exist, but I popped in to explain the situation in person—hoping for a little goodwill, given it was a gift and only slightly overdue. The best massage place. I’ve tried a lot of massage centres in London but this one stands out. Not only the service, but also the staff. They are amazing, kind and professional. I highly recommend it!
