Best massage I’ve ever had - my back was full of knots and Laila managed to get them all out. Very nice staff on reception, very clean inside and heated massage table so all round great experience. Very reasonably priced too especially for the area. Can’t wait to return. Many thanks
Returning customer. The full body scrub is to die for. My therapist was called Mandy and she was great. Both the light and the temperature were fine, the bed was heated, the treatment felt very professional and soothing. I left super calm, skin soft like a baby, excess water/lymphatic dealt with, all in one hour. Honestly been travelling a bit around Europe and this place is always my favourite for this type of treatment , honestly recommend and will be coming back
This used to be my go to Massage place, clean , well priced , and good massages. On my recent visits to London the service has put me off everything is rushed , there is a lack of customer care, my therapist Becky was very good but lacking in warmth, care and quite rude and abrasive. If they want to create the whole ambiance from Asia they have to be more customer focused. Its too in and out and not a proper spa experience. I hope they take these points and make the changes .
