Remy was an amazing masseuse! Good pressure and feel so good after - highly recommend her!
Had a lovely Thai massage (30 mins, back neck and shoulders), they were able to fit me in even as a walk-in. Remy was able to recognise and focus on the muscles which were tense to relax them, checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, and was friendly with small talk during the massage - would definitely recommend a visit!
I loved how firm the massage was the masseuse really worked into my muscles and made it very relaxing and effective. However, the payment was taken after the massage had already started, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, with not much acknowledgement for the disruption. It left the impression that the business prioritizes money over the client experience. A great massage, but the way the session was handled around payment significantly affected the overall experience.
