It was horrible went there last week told me from time we ordered to us getting food would be about 1.5 hours so left went back last night and they were out of green bean fries(main reason i went) they were out of tomatoes(main ingredient in my dish) and out of dipping sauce also out of broccoli( another thing i was getting) i will NEVER go there again and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone either
It took 15 minutes to acknowledge us and get us seated and they were dead, The service sucked,they charged for the second round of the $10 endless entries, the server was on something couldn't stay focused,kept apologizing and asked us to repeat what we said and kept saying he had to keep moving ,the food was cold,and not made right oh and it took 30 mins. To get a refill on our drinks. Do not go there they have the worst service,food,and over charge you.
Customer service was bad! It was dead, and it took over 10 minutes just to get seated. Nobody acknowledged us! They saw us, didn't greet us or anything. Should have left. The bartender was tweaking out! Came to our table and told us to hurry up because he couldn't stand still and he had to keep moving. Food came out cold. Manager didn't do anything. Dissatisfied!!!
your service was extremely slow, the beer was warm, and your fries are VERY salty..NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK..i should of went to Burger Kind
Absolutely the WORST service. Quoted 30 min wait, waited 50 min. Then they almost gave our table away to a couple who had just walked in the door! Multiple tables open, clearly not enough staff. Almost every table around us spoke to the manager about how terrible their dining experience was! This place might as well shut down!
Service was great along with the food quality. I would return. This was my first time eating at a TGI Friday's and have wanted to try this place for many years. I would encourage anyone to visit for this amazing service. I had accidently left my phone and an overshirt behind and they held it for me. The night manager came out and was so kind and handed me my belongings. Incredible feeling once I realized doing the "find my phone" found it there. I thought it was lost for sure.
