The good is good staff is great!! Why did you shut down hope you will open back up
It did take an awful long time to get our food. They should have served the kids before us. The kids waited for a long time after we got ours. We weren't impressed with our visit. Will not be back!
Wondered where our food was. When it came the fries were cold, my wife's burger was soggy and she asked for well done and got just a shade past medium. My fried chicken sandwich was well done. Waiter was good but what took so long?
The service was extremely slow 2 hour wait after we sat down to get food and then had to send it back for it was raw
It was not a good day at TGIF no kid menu nachos were stale the remade them with flour tortillas uncooked and took 35 minutes for my ribeye steak to come out and it was tough they over charge for drinks
Don't order online with a coupon, you can't put it in and they won't do a damn thing at the restaurant to remedy that. Useless management. Don't need to go back.
Extremely slow service ........................................
Supposedly shorthanded but service is even slower than that didn't expect to spend my whole afternoon eating. Never again.
