We've waited at least 50 minutes for our food. We even went to the extent of ordering another appetizer because the wait was so long. When we talked to the manager she said that when you order an appetizer, the order gets "knocked down" and other orders gets placed ahead of yours. After 30 minutes of waiting our food was just getting started. 50 minutes, appetizer or not, is ridiculous.
The service was poor the food was cold none of us ate at the same time......it was my birthday and i was so disappointed....It ways my idea to go.....SMH
Appetizer came out suspicously quick, waited about 25 minutes for med rare steak, ended up wanting to leave because of the absolutely horendous condition the bathroom was in. Told what looked like a manager and her responce was "were getting someone on that right now". I clean for a living and that bathroom hasnt been touched in days, if not weeks. I will not be going back...our waiter was nice. Beware when eating here.
Just horrible, plus they lost my wife's debit card.
5 adults, 2 kids. Went in expecting mediocre food and fast service. Got the mediocre food and the services was the worst I've ever experienced in a Wichita restaurant. $70+ dollar food bill and 2 rounds of "endless apps" in over an hour. Really, I shouldn't complain- I did get mediocre food. How do these guys stay in business? Never again.
