Horrible service and them meal was just that nothing.. no bread sticks.. unless you pay for them .. and we had pasta and salad...it was a disappointing ... 40 dollars and some change.. we won't be going back..
Not enough food for the price spent 70$ for my wife,daughter and my self left still hungry
The service was fast & friendly. The food was hot & delicious. The only complaint we have is that the restroom was very dirty. It is gross to go to a restaurant where the restrooms are not clean. They opened at 11 am and we got there around 11:15 am so they must have been this way from the day before.
The appetizers where very delicious and the service was great and the dessert was awesome I want one for my birthday lol �
So another disappointing night, get here at 6:21pm, order app at 6:35pm, order food at 6:45pm order a side mash potatos at 6:50pm.. as of 7:10pm only received our mash potatoes that was supposed to come with our meal.. App comes at 7:20pm food follows at 7:30pm. Daughter asked for her hamburger, to be medium, came out dry and over cooked, she couldn't even finish it, my fries had been sitting under the heat lamp to long, hard and gross. Fuck Tgif Wichita! Sat at our table for ten minutes without a single person saying a word to us! Then when I say something the host says she's busy getting some other tables drinks! I almost came unglued but I just walked out...
Does anyone like this place? Never once had a good experience here. My mom never got her food tonight on mother's Day, of all days. We waited nearly two hours with small kids.....several orders wrong and several orders missing. My gson didnt even get his mac and cheese until nearly 2 1/2 hours in. My poor brother was nearly 3 hours in and my Mother had to leave and NEVER received her mother's day meal.
