I had the most traumatizing experience here, I was at the clinic for my fertility check and the receptionist forgot that I was waiting there for 30 mins for my blood test. The doctor was clueless during the scan and seemed incompetent! After that, the doctor then gave me no new information besides stating the report numbers during consultation.
