DO NOT USE! We put our car in for an alternator replacement. We were told what the price would be and a rough estimate on labour (this was the same time that we had been quoted by the other mechanics that we had checked with in the area). We were told that the car would be worked on the next day and to drop the car in at 8:30am in the morning. I tried multiple times to ask for a rough estimate on time but the question was avoided. Despite being a very busy garage, my requests and work have always been done to an excellent standard. I have used Mr Frosts services for the past 12 years. He is very knowledgeable and effective at what he does. I have nothing but really positive experiences with the garage. Even when I'm stressed over my car, Mr Frost puts me at ease. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.
