Gave parcel from Uzbekistan to London. They kept stuffs for half month and i decided to cancel and send person to take parcel . UNFORTUNATELY THEY JUST DID NOT GIVE HALF OF MY STUFFS AND DIDNT EXPLAIN WHY ???? Im sure they not expired because i had stuffs in glass jar im sure it wont get expired in just half month . Such a rubbish service i was shocked how those people could just eat or throw away or whatever to my stuffs and not giving information about it ??? 3 different stuffs gave 3 different information about my parcel ... read more
Дозвониться очень сложно, в телеграм отвечают медленно и кратко, один вопрос решается очень долго, в канал писать абсолютно бесполезно. На вопросы которые можно ответить и объяснить они отправляют миллионы ссылок, типа на прочитай и сам пойми. Почту не доставили, а в приложении пишут что доставили. Надеемся на улучшение.
