Avoid avoid!! We purchased a sofa from them at great cost - the cushion structure collapsed after a couple of months and was very uncomfortable! it was replaced after many emails but has happened again! No response from them to rectify or compensate! Customer service lacking completely!!

I absolutely love this place! gorgeous shop to 'mooch' around, but more importantly an EXCELLENT turnkey design service, through choice to actual fitting. Pamela and her team are extremely knowledgeable and professional and I couldn't be happier with the finished result!
