I thought I made it clear that I didn’t want any doctors who did take my insurance, Health Choice. When I get home & look at the discharge papers I see Dr Torres name. I kept my eye open for him because last time I was there he charged me $2000.00 for nothing. I can’t afford that in any of my wildest imagination. I would like to hear from the hospital regarding this matter. Everything else was superb. Tkd
RecommendedUnfortunately I had an accident while mowing. I determined that I should be checked. I went to our stand alone ER at the Town Center. I was very impressed! I did not even get seated in the waiting area and was taken to a room. Everything went extremely smooth and and quick. I would definitely not hesitate to use this facility again, if necessary, and would highly recommend it.

Extremely efficient! Superb caring staff! Went in the ER with abdominal pain on July 4th at 9am. Was checked in, triaged, CT scanned, diagnosed and had my surgery by 1:30pm. Spent one night there and ALL of the nurses and support staff were very attentive, caring, and more than accomodating especially Taylor and Valerie! Even the food was good. What a positive experience in a painful situation. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!!

My mother had hip replacement surgery this past Friday. The nurse came in today to change her sheets, rolled sheets and blanket up to hand them off to someone who was “on their way down to the laundry right now”. They took my mothers iPhone and refuse to compensate her for it! DEN OF THIEVES working a theft racket which the hospital obviously condones!!!!

I delivered my daughter here back in November and am just now getting around to post about how wonderful the L&D department is! I had to visit too many times to count to be monitored due to complications before delievering and the staff was always just so wonderful to be around and made me feel as close to being at home as possible. From the lab techs, nursery nurses, my nurses, the lactation consultant(who was the most wonderful person I’ve ever met), everyone was truly a God send at this special time.
