Went to E R this area was not COVID 19 protocol I had knee injury was sitting next to me with COVID 19 none of the areas I went in were sanitized between patients.Nurses aide didn’t wipe the equipment off between patients that came out of traige not event the one she was sitting in.E R wasn’t serious about this virus.Also waiting area was dirty. Nurses aide was rude didn’t respect the patients.Need training in hand washing.Took me to room 24 that was dirty he had to clean it before I agreed to go in there he said short help ... read more
Excellent care. Nurses and doctors really are caring and listen to you and all staff from housekeeping, cafeteria, patient techs and nurses were friendly and caring. Very pleased with my care. Dr. Bose is the best and Dr. Eleghauri also. I want to give a big shout out to my RN Ashley, on day shift 3rd floor, she went beyond the extra steps to make me feel special and cared for.

This is my first time at TMC. I am so impressed with the quality of care I have received here. From my sixth floor RN, Seth, to my operating room people, Matt and Cheyenne, you are the best of the best! Hospital is terrific, Doctors wonderful I will never use Durant hospitals ever again! went there for covid they did bloodwork and xray n catscan doctor did not come in room at all after done all the test got no results said here is discharge paper u can leave

From the time I walked into the ER. To the time I walked out. I was treat with respect. From the nurses, X-ray tech, P. A. & doctors. It was awesome it’s worth driving 40 mins in pain to get there. I can’t say enough great things about TMC.

They were amazing, very friendly, efficient and professional. They gave us a future plan, and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I cut the tip of my finger. They helped with pain immediately. The facility was very clean. Now, if they could help me type... I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I’ll go back. Thank you.
