I was on the 5th floor and had the best nurse ever. His name was Everett. As for ER from 2 AM til 6 AM it was awful. Nothing was done to make me more comfortable and the pain I had was bad at times.

I have been treated at TMC ER on 3 occasions and my care was excellent but my visit there last Friday night and Saturday morning was nothing short of your worse nightmare. My treatment was so bad I decided to be released and go home at 1:30 AM rather than be admitted for observation. Unfortunately, it would require extensive time and writing to fully lay out the incidents of neglect and being ignored. I am reluctant to receive treatment there again.
I feel the doctors and nurses are among the best in the area. I felt like I had very good care while an out-patient at TMC. The hospital was very clean & everyone wore masks & social distancing was adhered to.
