I came in uable get up from a seated position, during to severe leg pain due to a face plant into a rocked driveway as well as rib pain 10/10. seen Dr maybe 2 minutes, he ordered xrays. Then later came to tell me xray results. Then left. Nothing offered to help me walk!

the ER left me in my little room for hours. I've now been here for 3 hours with NO RETURN VISIT FROM THE DOCTOR. I asked when he would be coming back in because it's almost 1am. He told his nurse that I needed antibiotics but that if I want to leave I can. He'll bring them when he can get around to it and if I'm here, I'm here, if not then i dont get them. No idea how long that will be. But they dang sure did call me for money in the first 10 minutes there.

With all that is going on in this world today, I wanted to say thank you to all of the Dr.’s, nurses and all of the people that also make it possible for them to do their jobs safely and efficiently. It definitely takes a village at this point. I would like to give a special shout out to Rudy Olvera. In May, during all of this Covid mess, we had an elderly (86 yr old) neighbor that was moving and on the last load, he fell and broke his hip. TMC employees are their greatest assets. From the doctors (and that includes the interns) to nurses, housekeeping, food preparation, aides — everyone was kind and helpful and knowledgeable.
Excellent service, limited waiting. Friend;y competent professionals who demonstrated not only their ability to care for me but they also showed that they cared about their duties and my comfort and safety.
