The behavioral health unit is atrocious. The staff should not laugh at childhood trauma, that damage cannot be repaired. The 50 seizures triggered by medicine prescribed by deaf doctors were nearly lethal. I’m still looking for professionals to treat my conditions.

ER evening visit, 11/25. The lobby was almost empty. I was triaged as soon as arriving. Put in a room and staff were all friendly. BP issues were addressed, labs and EKG, and IV RX to reduce pressure. My tests were good. Given prescription to pick up at CVS. It was ready when I got to CVS because doctor had faxed over the rx already. The evening went quickly with good help.

I do recommend TMC for the quickness of their team and even though I felt miserable they kept up conversation with me. The only thing that I didn’t understand is that I was tested for COVID because of my symptoms but the doc even said it could be a bacterial infection and did not test for that. My copay is $150 + whatever they want to tack on later, so it’s a little frustrating that the doc told me I would have to come back if the COVID test came back negative. Nurses were exceptional! They really cared about me and my recovery during a very difficult time for them trying to meet all the needs of their patients!

Admitted to TMC by Dr Scott Turner, cardiologist Exceptional good care by him and his staff. Spent 5 days on the 5th floor for 24 hr observation on heart monitor. Nurses, Heather RN, and Carla, RN went above and beyond to make sure I had good care. All the staff on that floor were very attentive. The EKG techs were very good. Everyone from the admissions office, the food service department to the cleaning crew were all very nice. I guess the only complaint I would have would be the beds were far from being comfortable. I went to TMC on 11/11/2020 for a ruptured ovarian cyst. The young lady working the emergency room counter (not outside checking temps) was the most unpleasant person! She acted as if she hated her job and all people who entered. I understand having a bad day but when you are the front line at a career you should pull yourself together and be your best self. After talking to me as if I ruined her world or pooped on her cake she ran a mile in front of me while taking me to my room all while looking back with an attitude. The ... read more
