TMC is my number 1 choice for hospitals. I had to be transported to the hospital yesterday from Anna and they asked if Mckinney hospital would be OK and I immediately told them NO I wanted to be taken to TMC. We've lived in Denison since 1997 and TMC has always been our hospital. My husband is a heart patient and they've saved his life more than once. We've been to others, but TMC is number 1.

Walked in to ER around 5 am. Was taken to a room immediately. Doctor come in immediately made his diagnosis and gave treatment. 30 minutes not bad for an ER visit. But here is the PROBLEM. It is 7 am and we are still sitting here. It can not take 2 hours to get release papers ready and not one person has come to check on us. We have a 5 month old baby with us. Let us go home! I know it is shift change time but come on!!!!!

Very good, attentive service. The entrance right now is a little inconvenient, especially for leople in bad pain or breathing distress as I have. I was in for breathing distress with coughing and pain, but a TMC security guard asked if I needed a wheelchair, he got me one and walked me to front desk. Very pleased. And the nurses were very certain to make sure I understood them.

We did not have to wait long for ER visit. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Was a little apprehensive because of reputation but was over all impressed.
