Very impressed with the detail of the inspection. Frank, the home inspector, reviewed the scope of the work before hand and afterwards spent all the time I needed to fully understand the final report. I was impressed and very satisfied with their services.
I am very unhappy with this company. I recently did an inspection and mostly no major issues. I move into the house have a problem with gas leaking from the gas stove and the I can’t acces the gas valve and it is behind the stove. The energy company as it is illegal to place it behind the stove and inspection should have caught this. Now I am not even getting a response from the company. Thy don’t care if I don’t have gas and I need to redo the plumbing.

Pray to the house gods that the buyer of your house doesn’t pick these guys! They are thorough, personable, and efficient. All great qualities if you are buying a house and want to know the condition of your home before you purchase (but terrible if you are selling your home!) ??
