The Inspector, Richard, was excellent, professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and extremely helpful. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Richard and TexInspec, From the minute I spoke with Bree, who answered the phone and walked me through the steps for a home inspection, I knew I made the right choice.. It's stressful enough when purchasing a home in the first place and TexInspec, Inc. was a the silver lining of joy.
Insufficient inspection. Major repairs needed and not in report. Do not use!
The inspector, Richard, was very knowledgeable. I called around to several companies and TexInspec matched the lowest price. I was given a notebook with all of the information and pictures of needed repairs at the end of the inspection. I highly recommend this company. My realtor said that her potential buyers have used this company several times, but Richard was the best of their already great inspectors and she will request him again in the future.
Steve and Joey were super professional and thorough! They followed the social-distancing and PPE guidelines without complaint. They explained everything so that even I could understand. ?? We've bought and sold 4 houses in 17 years, these guys are head and shoulders above the previous Home Inspectors we've used. They even price matched a quote I received from one of their competitors! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I was extremely satisfied. Charles came out and did a very thorough review of the home I am looking to purchase.. He was great at explaining about any issues and took his time to talk to me. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

The inspector came out on time and did a very thrall inspection of the house and even took pictures to explain the problems he found. This was great and he even gave the builder time to fix things before he made his final inspection. The inspector gave us the feeling that he really cared about us getting a well built home. All in all the money was well worth it! Recommending these guys to all buying a home!
Michael was very thorough and diligent. He arrived early and answered all questions. Great job.
