My wife and I are retiring to Texas and our realtor advised that any home we considered buying should be inspected. This company was called for all inspections for homes we considered buying and it was the best investment we have made in the state of Texas. One home had foundation issues and a second home (new) had problems with stove, garbage disposal, and fire place. We are very pleased with the work done for us. Ahsan R***

We hired TexInspec to inspect the house we wanted to buy, expecting that they’d protect us from problems with the house. They inspected and identified some problems with the property. The seller agreed to the repairs we requested, we purchased the house, and moved in. Within 24 hours, we recognized multiple major problems that TexInspec missed (listed below; none of these were in their inspection report). This is the second house I have used TexInspec for my inspection. Both times it has been a pleasure working with them and getting their invaluable knowledge to find all the small items that needed attention in both houses.

Since this is my first inspection on my first house, I wasn't sure what to expect and was quite clueless about the whole inspection process and home ownership. Harley R***** did a great job in walking me through the whole process and explaining things to me.He also pointed out a few thing that I should watch out for and gave me a few tips about home ownership.

Guys were excellent! They came in, were very professional, took their shoes off at the door, and even tested my microwave with a bag of popcorn--which we later ate. Did their job thoroughly and quickly. And made a great binder report with pictures and recommendations. Would definitely use again.

I hired TexInspec, Inc. to inspect my home in April 2016 prior to purchasing it. The inspector managed to talk me into purchasing their termite treatment plan in which I was told that it was a monthly service that I would be billed quarterly for. I've been billed quarterly for two years, but they have NEVER ONCE been to my property to treat it. Texinspec did a great job inspecting our new home we purchase. I need to tell everyone that from the time I called and talked to customer service to the Inspector they were very professional courteous and friendly . The Inspector Dale was very helpful explaining all the detailed things that he found through out the inspection. These people know what they are doing and recommend them highly

Very thorough home inspection...caught many items that we missed including a badly damaged roof. After many home purchases and home inspections over the years, I can honestly say this was the first home inspector that I felt really added value to the purchase process.

We have used TexInspec for two inspections (once in 2014 and again in 2018). Patrick Murphy did both inspections and it was a positive experience each time. He is extremely professional and very friendly. He did a thorough job and answered all of our questions. He was able to tell us so much about our new houses and gave great insight into each one.
