I walked in a couple years ago and they had a possum ambassador that greeted you. I was bringing in a baby bird. It was late evening and the lady on the phone was working to find someone to pick up an injured duck. I overheard her say she could stop by on the way home from work.... which proved how much they care in making sure wildlife has a fighting chance.
