I was starting to volunteer, and they have you sign up for spots on the web. First off, I'm a mom, work 2 jobs, go to school, and with my LIMITED availability, I use the time to volunteer. The volunteer coordinator has been removing my volunteer dates, so what's the point of signing up? If it's first come, first serve like you guys said, why are the excuses of being removed because older volunteers want to come in? How can I move up if you don't give me a chance?
