I ordered the 12oz prime rib, and probably 2oz of that was edible. The rest was nothing but fat. I know that prime rib has fat, but I've never been served a steak that is 85% fat. I couldn't even chew it. The atmosphere is also quite obnoxious. It seemed like every two minutes they were screaming the annoying "YEEHAWWW" birthday song and dance. Longhorn is much better, and is right across the street.
