Texas Roadhouse is Outstanding! Food is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. Have always gotten excellent service at this restaurant and enjoy going to eat here often. Reasonably priced too.
Terrible service. It was awful and I haven't been back since. I remember the experience vividly and that was 2003. Waiter was downright disrespectful of my guests and the manager didn't care (and I've never want to speak with a manager because I just expect better and I shouldn't have to bring it to your attention.) I won't go into details because it may involve a legal matter, and I don't want anyone accused of libel, but it was bad. I considered calling the authorities and probably should have.
