We’ve been to this location a ton of times and have never had a bad experience. We’ve always felt welcomed and staff have always been super nice. The foods always been good, and of course.... cinnamon butter! Always a must go-to when visiting Knoxville.
Would not recommend this store to anyone we were told an hour wait ok that’s fine but then it’s 2 hours yea we could have went somewhere else but been another hour wait there to this place couldn’t even give us an appetizer for each table if you come here you will wait forever and they are rude and could care less how they treat people I’m sitting here bout to order I’ll make sure to let y’all know how the food was and how long it took for us to get food
We came to the West Town Mall location on 1/2/21. We arrived at 6pm to put our name down and they said an hour and 15 minute wait - totally acceptable, But almost 2 hours later, we checked and they told us that we had not signed in until 6:30 (not true). We still waited another 15 minutes to be sat. The manager, Heather, came to the table and was completely rude, argumentative and very sassy.
