We eat here often when we come to Knoxville and absolutely love this Texas Roadhouse location. We ate here today, had a small issue with my salad; our server handled it very professionally even though we didn't make a big deal about it and told her it was ok, she was wonderful. She apparently notified the manager and he paid for my meal, which my wife let him know he did not have to do, that mistakes happen and it wasn't a big deal. 5 Stars for sure. I love TRH in general but this is definitely one of my favorite locations. I have hardly ever had to wait long for a table even with a large group and the food is always cooked to perfection. Have had a few servers mess up my order but it has always been fixed and everything possible done to correct the mistakes made😁 Love the servers and the management, this location will always be my first choice. Keep up the good work guys!!
No matter how busy they are, good service with a smile! 😁 The food is pretty amazing too.
