Having had gone to the Alcoa location last month and having great service and food.. we went for the same thing on our Anniversary on December 9th.. I hardly ever complain about food but our steaks were fatty and raw.. the salad and rolls were old .. the potatoes burned .. we called and spoke with Jenny who apologized and promised to email me a voucher for 2 comped meals that we should have in 3 or 4 days... its December 21st .. and still no vouchers.. and wont even answer the phone ... on 12/7/19 we registered online arrived was told it was still a 30 min wait then after 35 min and watching several others come in an go ahead we asked and they didn't even have our name they gave us a pager but didn't take our name.
Our waitress didn’t even listen to our order and we had to send some taters back. We just dealt with the other stuff. I never got a drink refill and the food was mediocre. I will not be going back.
