They say 3rd time is the charm, however not when it comes to hosting a birthday dinner. This was the 3rd separate event that we have done. Horrible service, bad communication, and the manager seems to be just as clueless as the staff. The first two times our appitizers came out with our food, the waiter dropped our food on the floor, lost one of the debit cards used to pay for dinner it was just a mess.
