Rude hostess wait time was to longer even after call ahead seating
I just had the worst experience at Texas Roadhouse. The service was poor, food was cold, server had and NASTY attitude and she was SLOW. She forgot to put in some of our order, just terrible! I am a regular at Texas Roadhouse and I am verrrry disappointed. Then, on top of that the manager upheld her in her wrong. I just can’t deal. The management needs training as well as some of their poor servers.

Was hot as hell inside and the hostess had a don't bother me attitude but the food was good and our server did a good job considering what a mad house it was. First time since moving from Fort Worth Texas and it doesn't match the level of service we had there in Fort Worth but it wasn't bad.

If I could give a place negative rating this place is the one place that deserves it. My family set up a reservation for dinner for a graduation celebration and never in my life have I had worst service. I can't rate the food because we didn't make it to this point. They made us wait to be seated and when we finally got sat we were sectioned off a party of 20 in the mix of other guest. We were constantly asked to move because the packed us in the isle way. This is one of the worst, unorganized and subpar places in Montgomery. Their staff is not only horribly trained with policies and procedures, but they are some of the rudest and unprofessional individuals in existence. Unfortunately the owner Trey is the rudest of them all. I will never go back to this disgraceful place ever again..
