The food was good my steak bone in ribeye was undercooked but had a good flavor our server was very busy and could only run by our table not really being engaged with us when it came to our meal. I have eaten at several Texas Roadhouse Restaurants and this one just didn’t meet up to the standards that we were expecting.

Food is good but service isn’t that great but they are really busy so I will give them a break

Usually this is one of my favorite places to eat. But the service was horrible this last time, I was served raw Salmon and when I brought it to the attention of my server she said she would get a manager. Well a manager never showed no apology just they would take the meal off the ticket. I will not be going that way anytime soon.
An hour wait for 2 entrees plus a microwaved kids meal at 2pm? Medium Well done steak had the texture of a shoe. Waste of money.

my favorite place to eat always today i want a drink and some food to eat at home so i sit in the bar... i was drinking my margarita (sangriamargarita) like always and i find a mosquito inside i ask the bartender about it she say ...ma'am you aready pay for and we can't do nothing about i say it's okay so i check my food to go she don't giveme a bag or silverware and no gravy for my mashpotatoes... sorry but definally i wont come back is bad service .....and her actitud was bad....
