Extremely rude service people. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Sadly, the waiting time and management is lacking. We (party of 8) waited over an hour to be seated tonight, but never were seated. Empty tables all over the whole time. We left and went to Mugshots and were seated in 5 mins. Food is good, if you can get to it.
TRH is my favorite place in the world to eat... LOVE their steaks, their chicken and ALL their sides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst experience ever! Was seated and waited 20 mins for waitress to take drink order. Waited another 10 mins for drinks. Then waitress preceded to yell at other staff before giving us r drinks. Then her and the manager argued out on the floor about her table being moved.Then she started to complain to us about the staff there. Waited over 1 hr and 15 mins for food that we never received. Ended up walking out! Horrible!!!!!
Amazed at the customer service! They were awesome. Fast service, very attentive, and fabulous food! Definitely will be back!

Food was extremely salty, couldn't eat it. Manager wasn't concerned at all. Still had to pay almost full price after the lame "local hero" discount she gave.
We ordered, got drinks and our appetizer, and then waited over an hour for food. My fiance's steak was wrong AGAIN (same as last time). The waitress takes it back and the manager brings it out less than 5 minutes later. Still wrong. She takes it back, in less than 3 minutes she's back. Still wrong. So then she says, "well just keep what's right and I'll take the rest". Ummm, excuse me?!? I will never come back here again!
