Great waitress and excellent food! Always enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse.

We came tonight as a party of 15. We always expect to wait as we have a big family. We were told an hour. We arrived at 5:45. We were sat down at 7:45(after UNBELIEVABLE confusion and another party who arrived after us with just as many sat before us. And asking them if they wanted our business because it didn't show AT ALL and getting us seated wasn't high priority) Our waiter was GREAT. tried to come in for lunch today. we were sat and never greeted. after about 15 minutes, and about 5 different servers looked dead at us and kept walking by, we bounced. I stopped to tell the hostess on the way out that no one came to the table, and two hostesses were literally sitting hiding behind the host stand playing on their phones. where's your management? ! we won't be back.

Ask for a table for 9, got 2 booths can't even talk to family because we are seperated. Won't be back
Waitress slow, didn't refill, or bring rolls, she ignored our table.
My husband and I are big fans! The service is great--we prefer Raven! We have never waited on a table for more than 10 minutes. The food is prepared just right. We have also eaten at Texas Roadhouse in Montgomery several times prior to the opening of the Mobile store. It's obvious to us that all employees are trained the same since both locations have exceptional service!
