Everything was good !!!!
We went there for my birthday!!!! Service was great , food was great. Waitress was very helpful. i believe her name was Megan.
Favorite steak in Mobile! Never had any problems with service or the food!

Waitress great, management very poor and felt we were assholes because we were upset that all we got was our steak without sides because the sides were not done and they did not know when they would be done. Ya'll just look at your steak and hopefully in 20 minutes we will bring the rest of your order but other people have been waiting for their sides for longer. 4 steak dinners and $10 taken off for inconvenience. Really ? You can have your $10 back.

Very disappointed! This is the third time we have gave this place a shot and everytime we have waited over an hour. Took my dad recently for his birthday, was told it would be a 20 minute wait, after 45 minutes I asked and they said they were cleaning a table then and then gave it to a party that came in 30 minutes after Us! We waited another 30 minutes for a table!! The waitress was awesome! But terrible front service!

Very disappointed in my first trip to the restaurant. We had a party of nine so it took a while to get seated, but with very few waiting for seats 45 minutes is too long. Took a while to get drinks and never got refills. Service was very slow and the food was a disappointment. Five orders had problems ranging from incorrect food to meat being so over cooked that it hurt someone's mouth to chew and requiring a knife to saw through the hamburger steak. Will be a long time before I return here.

Had the worst experience here last night. We used to love eating there and had not been in a while, but after last night, we probably will never be back. Customer service in this location is definitely not a priority, neither is the managers even caring about their guest in the restaurant.
