Today the roadhouse honored the veterans with a free meal. We wanted to thank them for a wonderful meal and making my husband feel special on this day.
So upset. We love this place because we know the owners but a server can really ruin your experience. Told her 3 times of an allergy to lemon, brought them anyways twice. Asked for honey mustard with chicken tenders and got none with plate. Asked again and still didn't get any until we asked another server. Also told her it was my daughters birthday and she did nothing. Just so disappointed.
Ordered the pork chop. It was dry and chewy. They brought out cinnamon butter for bread but regular butter for sweet potato. The service was good but I wasn't impressed with the food.
We had a medium steak and it was really dry. Look like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. My sons chicken tenders came out 10 minutes after our food. Good just wasn't that great.
Went there for Prime rib but is out so we order a Ribeye eye. The steak come out tough and chewy even we order to cook med rare. The steak is definitely a low grade ribeye eye. Had the onion blossom for appetizer and the onion that they use is not the sweet onion kind. The waitress that we have is bad too. The whole dining time there we only see her 3 times. And the rest of the time she is missing. The restaurant service and food is really going downhill..

Had my daughters birthday party here and everything and everyone was amazing.
The food was excellent, the atmosphere exciting and the staff super competent and friendly, even the young man that bussed our table. Great evening!!!!!
