Went once but it will be my last. Awful, awful customer service!!! And the food was not good enough to overcome the Awful Customer Service!! In fact the worse prime rib ever, more fat and gristle than meat and did not taste good. The home office is worse. Have not received a reply from them. But wait maybe they have so many complaints, they cannot get caught up.

very disappointed with our food today.
Had to send 3 steaks back for being burnt and over cooked. Manager had a rude attitude. This is the only Location I have ever had a problem with and i order the same thing at all locations. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Went on Mother's Day with family. Despite how busy they were, we had zero wait time, we were seated immediately and the rolls brought to the table were hot and fresh. Our waitress was attentive, our side salads were brought out quickly, and we didn't have to wait too long for our entrees. Everything was good. Only complaint is that they opened up early for the holiday, but that wasn't reflected on the website or the location specific Facebook page.
