I had the poorest looking steak I ever saw today. Normally I like this place.
It’s fine when someone makes a mistake but then show no concern ... too many other places to choose from .. do better texas road house
Horrible service even worse management knowing that our experience was bad from time we sat down and not once tried to make it correct !! On the bright note the server that was in the section next to us went above and beyond to help us !!
The food was absolutely terrible! We ordered a fair amount as well do in Fayetteville and it was so bad! We waited forever and it was so disappointing to be served terrible food. I picked over my favorites and brought it home just to throw it in the trash.
Friday nights around income tax refund time is a nightmare for dining out anywhere, we arrived around 6:30pm (restaurant rush hour) the parking lot was full but we found a space all the way at the end and walked right in and got a beeper and had a table in 15 minutes. food was great and friendly service. Good job TR we will be back
