Great food , prompt service , no mistakes
Steaks are good and moist,love their rolls with the cinnamon butter. Great and friendly service
Have been there before with no issues. Ate there last night order combo ribeye and ribs. Got the steak but no ribs. They brought us ribs burnt!!! Waitress said the manager will take off $1.00. Disappointed to say the least and no manager came to speak with us! The dollar didn’t compensate for burnt ribs!
Tyler was our server. He gave my fiancé and I the BEST service we have ever had at any location. He kept our drinks full the whole time and never took long to get back to us. Thanks Tyler!
Great food and service and fast
Bad customer service, we waited to be seated for a family gathering. They repeatedly told us it will be a little longer on the wait. Which was a hour an 1/2. To finally be told they could not accommodate us. Never ate here before, and after this experience never will. Shout out to O’Charleys they took our group of 26 and gave us over the top service.
