We will neverrrr order from Texas Road House on Dave Lyle again. Every single time we have tried to pick up food to go it’s incorrect, takes forever and is wrong. I get it, pandemic... that doesn’t excuse horrible service every single time and bad food. Order ready at 8:50. Didn’t get it until 9:50. Ok so we waited an extra hour. At least with an extra hour they could get our order right? Nope. We waited forever after the online app told us to be there at 8:50 we left at 9:40. We’ve sat at the bar back before covid and they always do great but when it comes to the to-go/online ordering do not do it until they change staff, two of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with this chain. I feel terrible for the owners.

RecommendedAll servers were in masks and there were barriers raised between tables. Man at the front disinfecting the menus. Waiting for text to dine outside or in car. Well done
Terrible service and terrible attitude. Showed up with family of 7 to eat and was told that even though state law allows for 8 to table that they only allowed 6. So I guess if u have more than 6 family members that live in the same house that COVID-19 will somehow affect that 1 extra person. Was told we would have to divide into 2 groups but they would bill each table separately and not combine the check even though they were requiring us to divide.
