What a wonderful Valentine's Day! I had the fillet & my hubby had a ribeye & shrimp combo. Amazing! Our server was Jill & she met every expectation! See y'all soon!
Awful prime rib, covered in pepper!!! Ron, the manager, said they don't know where the pepper came from they don't put any on it....then he walked away! Great customer service Ron!!! Our server was also flustered with his behavior and unwillingness to take care of customers. We won't be back and we even have gift cards.
For the first time I was disappointed! Dinner rolls that rock where hard my steak was tuff ribs where dried out and my mash potatoes were cold!!! Very very disappointed with Texas Roadhouse tonight! !!:( :(! I never thought that would be possible!
We drove 45 minutes to go have a nice supper. Called ahead for seating. When the food came after my first bite I pulled out a LONG long hair from my food!! Disgusting!! Sent it all back. Couldn't even fathom taking a bite of any of that food. All the manager could do was apologize and took off $6 from the bill and still charged me for my drink. I didn't even eat anything!! Called and made a reservation. Drove 25 minutes and was told over the phone it would be 5 minutes from our arrival time. Upon arrival was then told it would be 35 minutes. The manager was unwilling to uphold what his staff member quoted. I am angry to say the least.
I went there on my birthday and the service was awesome and very friendly and I enjoyed my dinner plus I road on the bull!!!!
