I went here last weekend .. We told the server it was our first time here upon arrival... We never got refills for our drinks that were finished before our meal came and we asked for our sons vegetables to be soft and they were still raw... It was the worse service we ever experienced... We won't be back.
It was not a busy night at the restaurant we came in for supper at 8pm. We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. 1st we waited over an hour. 2nd they bought out my husband's meal, they forgot to put in the order for my food. 3rd when they finally brought out my meal they forgot my sides. 4th then when they finally brought out my sides our waitress placed it on our table and asked if we would like her to put that in a to go box. 5th I told them we were there celebrating my husbands birthday and they did nothing.
First time there and everything was seasoned perfectly my steak was perfectly done, ribs fell off the bone. Customer service was amazing. I honestly have nothing bad to say. I highly recommend this place.
We've been to Texas Roadhouse many times, always great food and service. Tonight, well.....I ordered a lime margarita on the rocks. Waiter says he didn't think they have that flavor but then realized a"regular" margarita is lime. He comes back with a "regular" margarita.....FROZEN. i can see why it was busy and the food was definitely worth the wait, server was kind and did a great job.
Stellar community-focused, generous restaraunt with fantastic food and service. Never a bad experience.
We were in tonight to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday & our waitress Jill was the best we've ever had.
We were there tonight for dinner for our son in laws birthday. Jill was our waitress and she was the greatest. We've came to your restaurant many times but she was the BEST. Food was was awesome as usual.
