We came in for Veterans Day and had a wonderful experience! Thank you for honoring those who have served!
They have no tables for large families. They cramp us all into a booth where we are elbow to elbow and cant move. The food is okay. Just really need to do better about accomadating a family of eight.
Great service. Good experience until I bit into my steak. If I want that much salt I would by a salt lick. Didn't taste like steak. Glad we had a gift card to take the sting out of it.
Very friendly staff we really enjoyed our time and the food
Very nice place to eat, we were there for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and it was our first time eating there. Our food was very tasteful and had great customer service from the waiting staff.
We were there for Sunday lunch and the place was filthy. The floor was so greasy it was like walking on ice. Our table had food stuck on it and the menus were greasy and grimy. Food was OK but mac and cheese was the box variety. We have always had a good experience at the Janesville Texas Roadhouse so we'll be making that drive next time.
We always eat early, before 6pm. Oct 12 was husbands birthday, we always go here for his birthday. Have always had great food and service, I feel the music is too loud for a nice conversation. Our service was the worst we've ever had. Waiter always had an excuse for the poor service, no beer, no refills, didn't come back to ask how the meal was. Our food was very good, 6 oz filet cooked medium, sweet potato and salad.
Our server Sadie was fantastic, food was perfect. Always consistent.
My wife and I decided to have dinner here Friday after ending our work week. We got there right before opening to try and beat the rush. We had the appetizer combo and both ordered ribeye and shrimp for the meal. Our server was Constance and I must say she did an excellent job. Very polite young lady and performed her job to a "T."
