Awesome place, great food and the staff were the best.
The manager's were so rude and I had to get my stake cooked 3 times to not have blood running out.... also got told my kids were wild animals and that is just not ok I will never go back there again...... East washington ave Madison Wisconsin

Actually disappointed with our meal this time. Went for hubbys birthday lunch and we have been there when its been really busy, but anyways his prime rib was ice cold and our other two meals were luke warm. Manager took care of the prime rib but not before listing a whole bunch of excuses as to why it was cold was sad that a place we love to go to lacked the quality we grew to expect. We went to the Roadhouse to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We had fabulous service, wonderful food, and everyone was great there. We have been to this Texas Roadhouse quite a few times and will continue going back.
Awesome food and ever better service. I've been to a few of these and this is by far the best one. The staff couldn't of been nicer. everyone wanted to make sure we had a good time and our food was what we wanted. Thank you for such a great time.

Service was some of the best I have received at any restaurant at any time, I had the Dallas steak as did my wife really really great, so tender you didn't even need a knife to cut it just superb.
I typically detest any restaurant near a shopping mall parking lot. But I'm actually glad to have received a gift certificate to Texas Roadhouse for Christmas. A great excuse to get in the door. The service from start to finish was excellent. The food was actually very, VERY good. As for the atmosphere, I'm not a fan of contemporary country music.
