I have had 3 shoulder surgeries with Dr. kruse. To say I am extremely disappointed in the outcomes of the procedures is an understatement. Dr. Kruse would over promise and under deliver. I started having complications from my first procedure about 3 months post op but dr kruse just blew it off. I knew there was something wrong though. We eventually convinced him to get an mri and there was additional tearing of the labrum. Then I had the second procedure and all was going well until 3 months out again. Dr Kruze explained the results of my xrays and my options for treatment in a very clear and concise manner.
This was my first visit with Dr. Kruse. I was really impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and kindness shown by Dr. Kruse, his PA and everyone else on the stuff. My X-rays were done very quickly and the PA and Dr. Kruse spend a lot of time explaining my condition, providing treatment options and patiently answering all my questions. I'm very happy with the visit.

Today I had a 10:30 appointment with Dr. Kruse. I arrived at 10:27 and I was called in at 10:30 which was amazing. Dr. Kruse was pleasant and encouraging. He listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with his staff.
Very professional, very thorough. Initial experience was great.
The way he was very prompt seeing me and wanted to get my shoulder fixed as soon as possible.
