Dr. Kruse is simply the best. Very detailed, professional and personable
Dr. Cruise is very kind respectful and very thorough. I am very pleased with my surgery and all my aftercare I had. I would definitely recommend him.
The whole staff is very Friend n professional! Dr Kruse is up to date on latest medical technology which helps with patients recovery! The physical therapy team is great Only drawback was the virtual PT ! I did not have a good experience Getting set up n could get help when it was needed !
Dr. Kruse did an incredible job with a complicated shoulder surgery that included repairs to the left rotator cuff, a muscle transfer, etc. I found him to be professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. I consider myself lucky to have found him...and most definitely recommend him.
On December 3, 2018, "Doctor" Kevin Kruse spent 5 minutes in the patient room with me, only to tell me that he couldn't fix my ingrown fingernail because "he didn't have any experience doing that". I got charged $125. This guy let me schedule the appointment, take time off work, drive out to see him, and then did nothing, knowing full well that he wasn't going to lift a finger.
Dr. Kruse worked on both shoulders I hope I never need him again but if I do I won’t consider anyone else..
Dr. Kruse is great. Fast recovery, great staff, 5 stars
I am a 75-year old male who recently had a shoulder replacement surgery (total reverse) with Dr. Kruse. I found him to be intelligent, informative, highly disciplined, and honest about the procedure and related outcomes. I was in the hospital for two days following the procedure, and though I was issued prescriptions, I never had to take any pain medication at all. He came highly recommended to me by a well-known spine surgeon and his recommendation was right on the mark.
I scheduled an appointment specifically to have an ingrown nail fixed. I took time off work and showed up for the appointment. He walked in and took a look at my nail and said that he had never fixed an ingrown nail before. He left after 2 minutes and I got charged $125 for the visit. What kind of a doctor reads the appointment notes and still allows the patient to come in to see them, knowing full well that they aren’t going to do anything?
