Excellent Doctor. Genuinely cares about his patients. Takes time to listen and understand what your issues are. Offers more than just one solution. On time with appointments which is important to me.
Had a second appointment, this time for my other shoulder. His diagnosis and rehab protocol on the first shoulder was spot on. Both shoulders have roughly 50% rotator cuff tears. I highly recommend Dr. Kruse to anyone with shoulder issues. I came from San Antonio to see him.
Dr. Kruse’s office was in he most efficient physician’s office I’ve everbeen to. Everyone is so kind. Dr. Kruse listens & explains everything & takes his time with you.
Dr Kruse has completed major reconstructive surgeries on both shoulders following a 2 story fall, surgery to repair an elbow and both wrists, and preparing for another shoulder surgery resulting from a lesser fall. After seeking opinions from multiple surgeons going back 3 years, I would never consider anyone else for surgery on shoulders, arms, and wrists/hands. When he is in the room with you, you are absolutely the only person he is focused on, listening intently, gentle, and genuinely concerned in making you better.
My visit was fantastic!!! I really appreciated the care and attention from not only Dr. Kruse, but the rest of the staff as well. I already feel better!! I was very fortunate to be referred here. I am thrilled with my experience from top to bottom. Dr. Kruse not only explained to me what we were doing at the moment, but also discussed a plan moving forward. Dr. Kruse is through, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered our questions and made us feel at ease.
OM, I haven't straightened out the fingers on my right hand for at least 10 years. One procedure in the office and I now can use that hand. And NO pain! I am so happy that I was recommended to him. And the office staff...A+.
